Kansas City press release hype is the only real renewable resource we've got and this quick presser and promotional note might make environmentalists happy but, possibly, exaggerates local access to "clean" energy . . . Check-it:
KCI powered 100% by wind energy, Evergy and KCMO says
Kansas City International Airport is turning over a new leaf. KCI and all other KCMO-owned and operated buildings north of the Missouri River are now receiving "100 percent" of their electricity from the Cimarron Bend wind farm in Clark County, Kansas, according to Every and city officials.
