2 libraries in Kansas City will be closed until Tuesday because of flash flooding
Mid-Continent Public Library said two of its library branches will be closed until Tuesday because of flooding from storms.Officials said the North Oak Branch at 8700 N. Oak Trafficway in Kansas City and the Riverside Branch at 2700 NW Vivion Road were affected by high water.
