Whatever the strategy is, it's probably better than last time around wherein a police line of confrontation (read: Mexican standoff) on the Country Club Plaza created a poorly planned showdown in which both cops & protesters were hurt and ensuing property damage was rampant.
And so, we wait for the decision and hope predictions from some activists that "all Hell will break loose" are unfounded or at least spare Kansas City.
