  9. here in kck the way these have been deployed by the company has been to set about 3 or 4 in front of all the bars in strawberry hill area. just block the sidewalk with them. so unless there is mad tax revenue being received, there seems to be very little upside. they can't be a mobility function if they are blocking sidewalks by the company. to say nothing of what the users may do with the scooters when they are done with their trip.
