Rick Roeber be expelled from the House after finding that he physically, sexually, and mentally abused his children when they were as young as 5 years old.

  2. His morals are just slightly below the norm for a politician.

  3. This guy is a mess. Good for the Missouri house for pursuing the allegations and not just letting him resign and slink off.
