The new order takes effect at 12:01 a.m. Friday, April 30, 2021.

  6. For those of us who are old enough to remember this is just like the old blue law that used to be in effect. On Sunday you couldn't buy nothing on the Missouri side except Essentials that's why our family went to the Kansas I'd to go shopping on Sunday. It's amazing Jackson County hasn't thought this through or what could be worst is they have and they just don't care!
