Pedestrian in critical condition, hit by car on Independence Ave
A pedestrian is left with critical injuries after being hit by a car on Independence Avenue at Lawndale Avenue today. Shortly after 11:30 a.m. on Sunday, April 18, officers from Kansas City, Mo., Police Department's (KCPD) East Patrol Division responded to a one vehicle collision with a pedestrian.
