Audit: KCPD not meeting requirements of parking enforcement agreement
KANSAS CITY, Mo. - The Kansas City, Missouri, City Auditor's Office released an audit Thursday regarding on-street parking enforcement downtown. In 2018, the city opted to work with KCPD to increase enforcement of on-street parking regulations. With that agreement, KCPD committed to hiring a minimum of 10 full-time parking enforcement employees which the city agreed to fund.
Just another reason NOT to visit vibrant downtown KCMO.

ReplyDeleteThose mother fuckers better leave the Cheesecake Factory alone.
DeleteShort of towing the vehicle away, there is really no down side to parking violations. Let the fines pile up. No warrant will be issued. The owner may be fined, but the city would have to go to court for a judgment to collect the money, and that is not going to happen.
ReplyDeleteEver try to fight a Karen over a parking ticket, Not worth it!
