"Kansas City respects voting rights and would welcome the return of the MLB All-Star Game," Lucas tweeted.

Let's remember that the last time the mayor ran this press stunt, he was thwarted by East side leaders so the MLB . . . And so the NLBM connection could be essential in pushing back the inevitable criticism.
