I heard all this in 2008. Real estate agents do the propaganda again. Markets of any kind rise and fall. How many families out there are left that can really afford extremely expensive housing prices? Few. Or do you think all families are rich nowdays after the nation wide shutdown? There are not enough new doctors coming out of med school to keep the prices going up due to bidding wars.

People buy based only on their expected monthly payment. But when illness, baby comes, one adult loses a job or interest rates rise - the house is way out of reach for these people. The real estate market will crash. by 30%
