Citadel promoters aka Black leaders don't mind bankrupting black business owners or property owners... just ask Miles, Beatty at Jaxco Assessor and the rest of the assholes who sponsored East Patrol. White supremacy is their goal despite the shakedown act that they perpetuate.

developers don't like affordable housing and they don't like affordable business/commercial spaces. at least for the first 15-25 years before the building falls apart.
