Justice Horn first earned acclaim as one of the first openly gay person of color to compete as a college wrestler. In 2020 he moved to the forefront of local organizers amid a tumultuous Summer of protest.
The young activist now serves as an At-Large member of Kansas City’s and Missouri’s first Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans and Queer Commission (LGBTQC)
