Skeptics like TKC were proven wrong as murder conviction and tough sentencing after a conviction in a double murder case looks exceptionally tough.

Fox4: Kylr Yust jury recommends life and 15 years for killing Jessica Runions and Kara Kopetsky
Deets . . .
"The jury recommended these punishments for the following crimes: 15 years, a max punishment, for voluntary manslaughter in the killing of Kara Kopetsky; life (30 years), a max punishment, for second-degree murder in the killing of Jessica Runions."

should have been a death penalty case.
ReplyDeleteFuck him.
ReplyDeleteYep Cass County don't play! I'm glad it wasn't in Jackson County. Maybe that's why Cass has a lower crime rate huh?
ReplyDeletewhy the fuck would he ever have a chance to get out ever
ReplyDeletehe killed 2 people
he should never get out
I hope Petersucker is paying attention to how a real prosecutor works, but she’s too stupid
ReplyDeleteWhat a difference. Life = 30 years in Cass Co. Life = 3-5 years in JACO.
ReplyDeleteThen again, a life sentence should equal an actual life sentence.
Guess this means that our date won't happen tomorrow night?
ReplyDeleteHe'll die of cancer in 20 years, MODOC will drop him off at St Johns Park after 15 years and he'll face a running game until he drops dead of liver cancer.
ReplyDeleteThat's the problem with MODOC. They won't treat prisoners with HEP-C, they jack with prisoner's medicine like insulin for doing a press interview over the phone, they beat prisoners chained to benches, taser their genital, pepper spray their anus and leave a prisoner half dead with a concussion and the Assistant Warden shreds the medical documentation and tells the Missouri Board Of Pharmacy to eat fuck.
ReplyDeleteWipe that damn word Concurrent off the law books. All sentences will be served consequently.
ReplyDeleteTRUMP WON!
