Man who made nearly $1M selling cocaine, marijuana sentenced to 25 years in prison

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - A drug dealer who made nearly $1 million selling cocaine and marijuana will spend the next 25 years in federal prison. A federal judge in Kansas City, Missouri, sentenced Howard Walters, also known as Chris Walters, this week after he pleaded guilty in August of 2020 to participating in a drug-trafficking conspiracy and a money-laundering conspiracy, according to a news release from the United States Attorney's Office.

  2. Don't we all fee so much safer now that a peddler of pot and a drug that was the main ingredient in Coca-Cola for decades will waste $1Million of our tax dollars being warehoused.

    Jimmy Carter's Drug Czar wanted to decriminalize pot and cocaine -- which at the time was a rich, white man's drug on which only a billionaire could afford to O.D. Then Reagan's CIA flooded the country with it to fund the Contras -- and "crack" replaced heroin as the way to lock up as many Black folks as possible!

    The War on Drugs is the most successful war ever waged -- AGAINST Americans. More American "casualties" than WWII.
