Washington Post Blasts Kansas City COVID Vaxx Scarcity With Hit Piece Against Missouri Gov Parson Informed By Mayor Q Complaints

For TKC, to agree or disagree really isn't the point . . .

Locals watching a national media local name check should AT LEAST realize that the politics of the pandemic are also surging and Kansas City is a battleground in continued Democratic Party attacks against Republican vaxx response.

Washington Post: The scramble for covid-19 shots in Kansas City's 'vaccine deserts'

By the way, even in the opening lines of the clip there's an error in the video . . . There is a COVID vaxx event scheduled for Arrowhead by Guv Parson . . . Still, it's impossible to deny ongoing KCMO complaints about distribution of the cure from KCMO. Moreover, the rollout has been slow, maddening and disorganized in KC, Missouri and across the nation.

The premise:

"A confusing vaccination rollout in Missouri has residents signing up for multiple lists and driving long distances. Kansas City, the state’s largest city, has gone months without a mass-vaccination event at a large venue."

Take a look . . .

You decide . . .

  1. I enjoy your commentary but the word for it is simpler than you let on: propaganda.

  3. KS and JoCo have been slow in vaccine rollout too.

This is partially because Kelly vaccinated twenty- and thirty-something state employees while seniors in JoCo waited.

The young state employees were never going to die, some JoCo seniors have,

  5. "A confusing vaccination rollout in Missouri has residents signing up for multiple lists and driving long distances. Kansas City, the state’s largest city, has gone months without a mass-vaccination event at a large venue."

There Is nothing confusing about it at all, you sign up and wait your turn, you’re a greedy bastard if you sign up for more than one place.

Let’s make one thing perfectly clear, kc has had the second most vaccinations given out in the entire state at 126,729 as of today’s numbers. There is no other city that comes close to that.

This is absolute crybaby whining coming out of lickass and wrecks archer to attempt to make the governor look bad when in fact there are the idiots fucking up everything by just winging it as they go, the state has a clear plan laid out and kc clearly doesn’t. Obvious case of deflect and blame somebody else, typical dimwit bullshit.

  6. The only people having problems with vaccines are those going to events organized by the Kansas City Health Department. The state is not the problem.

  7. When they say shots in KC most people think of gunfire.

  8. This is about nothing more than trying to smear the Missouri Republicans (using Parsons as a proxy for all of them) in the hopes of gaining the Senate seat in 2022.

It's just a first shot; the WAPO (and other national outlets) will be hammering on Missouri until election time.

Mostly it's a pack of lies . . . or a typical day in the life of the media.

  9. The following should tell you all you need to know about the Pfizer and Moderna "vaccines".

    If I get vaccinated….

Can I stop wearing the mask?
    Government: No

Can the restaurants, pubs, bars, etc. reopen and everyone work normally?
    Government: No

    Am I resistant to covid?
Government: Maybe, but we don’t know for sure…..meaning NO

At least I am no longer contagious to others?
Government: No, you can still pass it on, possibly, no one knows.

If we vaccinate all children, will school go on as normal?
    Government: No

If I am vaccinated, can I stop social dissociation?
    Government: No

If I am vaccinated, can I stop disinfecting my hands?
    Government No

If I vaccinate myself and my grandpa, can we hug?
    Government: No

Will movie theaters, theaters and stadiums reopen thanks to vaccines?
    Government: No

May the vaccinated be able to gather [events; parties, weddings etc].
    Government: No

What is the real benefit of vaccination?
Government: The virus will not kill you.

Are you sure it won’t kill me?
    Government: No

If statistically the virus won’t kill me anyway…. Why should I get vaccinated?
    Government: To protect others.

So if I get vaccinated, others are 100% sure I won’t infect them?
Government: No, we are not sure.

If I get vaccinated, but still catch the virus, can I sue the manufacturer? What if someone in my family contracts the virus, after vaccination, then dies. Can I sue the manufacturer?

Government: No, we passed a law holding the manufacturers harmless from ANY deleterious effects from the virus.

  10. This is the same Washington Post that had to publish a retraction today of its lies about the infamous Trump Georgia phone call.

Washington Post as lying political hacks? Whod'a thunk it?

  11. Look at Lying Lucus trying to cover his do nothing ass. Him and his clown council are the problem in KC, not covid.

    Them kinda shots. Nebermine.

  13. There is no way in HELL I want that vaccination. People have to be insane to let them inject you with an experimental vaccine with RNA in it that hasn't been fully tested and has all kinds of documented awful side effects. I also read that people who get vaccinated will have little to no defense against a mutation and will be at great risk of dying if catching a new strain and/or killing others around them whose immune systems have been similarly weakened. Sick stuff.

    1. Absolutely no need for that vax. Unfortunately even older Republicans who might be prone to fear are getting it. The younger ones i cannot for the life of me figure out. It's like they're trying to virtue signal by getting a vax and shouting it from the rooftops. Any logical, rational thinking, not hysterical human will not get the unproven vax for a politically hyped SARS round 2.

  18. Just understand that the "reporters" from the Post and the other most prominent coastal media, haven't been east of the Sierra Nevada or west of the Potomac River in decades.
So cut them some slack for being clueless about fly-over country.
But occasionally a media "star" like Lester Holt will draw the short straw and have to spend a weekend slumming in a backwater like KCMO. And during that short time he will miraculously learn EVERYTHING there is to know about the place and share with his viewers that, although the vast majority of the residents are hopeless rubes, there are a few people who actually think they're just like New Yorkers.
Sadly the expectations of the east coast media are what people like Lucas work so hard to meet, NOT the best interests of the residents of KCMO.
    Sad.

  21. Top four cities and counties for vaccinations are.....

    St. Louis county

    Killa kc

    St Charles county

    Jackson county

Yup, the governor is really mucking up the process alright, killa shitty thinks they should be first for everything, lickass is nothing more than a lying piece of shit.

  22. Funny how this worthless article came out two weeks after the state announced a mass vaccination at arrowhead stadium, what’s the point again? Ahhhh, it’s a smear campaign isn’t it.

Remember lickass, the governor giveth and can taketh away, keep it up dumbass.
