Missouri COVID cases tick upward after months of decline

According to the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services, the state has recorded 483,183 cumulative cases of SARS-CoV-2-an increase of 451 positive cases-and 8,310 total deaths as of Saturday, March 13, an increase of 3 over yesterday.
