No, Kansas City Is Not the Taco Capital of America
Earlier this week, Forbes named Kansas City, Kansas, as the "true taco capital of the United States." The story cited the Midwestern city's fifty-plus taco spots and its vibrant Mexican American community. I love Kansas City-both of them. The region has a longtime Mexican presence.
