Blame the parents not an innocent vacant building.

Pit a basket of condoms and wet wipes in there.

Do we have to pay for premium service in order to find out the address for the building, which is the subject of the report? Clown show journalism.

Repurpose as homeless center.

Johnson County needs to leave the building alone. The building makes a great meeting place to fuck all of the milfs living in the area.

Instead of an asbestos report, etc., the county - or someone, anyone - should go out there and put fencing all around the building. Then, no one can get in the building. Problem solved!
