  4. With critical issues like this now being addressed by the KCMO electeds, there might be hope that the record homicide problem in the city is moving up the list of priorities.
    It apparently has been pretty much at the bottom of the list for so long.
    But now there's hope.
    Maybe after THE streetcar extension!
