Stocks are white privilege.
ReplyDelete^^^ Nope, you're just stupid. In fact, anybody with the cash can buy a stock. It's literally paying for equity. I can only hope you're joking. Poorly.

KC not up to date
ReplyDeletenicer bike network or the culture of merriman expensive apartments? Choose wonkru.
ReplyDelete^^^^
ReplyDeleteBut all the bike lanes in KC are already empty. Weird.
That's bc it was a hair brained scattered plan. These technically are not 'bike lanes' either, they are multi use trails alongside existing rail lines.
ReplyDeleteWant to beat the freshman 15+ at KU? Ride a bike along the Kaw to KC.
ReplyDeletemerriman can still use to lose the freshman 95, so he would personally benefit as well.
ReplyDelete^^^ not even close to offensive as 1,900/600sq ft.
ReplyDeletenotice at the end of the pdf, talks about good ALIGNMENT between regional and city network.
ReplyDeleteThe current KC network has zero alignment. What does the 700K armour bike lane investment align well with?
What does the downtown network align well with? Nothing.

Do you see bike lanes on that list?
tapioca is a pudding, all ages love pudding.
ReplyDeletecan all ages enjoy bike lanes?
ReplyDelete
ReplyDelete@ 11:32 Are you really that stupid?
No, 2:13. Geezers hate everything. A nice restaurant opens... Geezers are mad. A nice restaurant (that they never went to) closes... Geezers are mad and it's the mayor's fault. A new high rise is built... Geezers are mad. An eyesore building is demolished... Geezers are mad and it's the mayor's fault. A new employer sets up shop in KC... Geezers are mad. A company closes it's doors... Geezers are mad and it must be the mayor's fault.
ReplyDeleteQuestion, if the city owns the land via the port authority, and gave the land to Southern to turn the old richards-gebaur into a rail hub, how can Southern sell the land to Canadian Pacific? Or are they selling just the rail lines? And will the port authority will continue to operate with Canadian Pacific?
ReplyDelete^^Ha! So true! They come on here and tells us all day long about everything they hate! They’re so pathetic & sad!
ReplyDeleteChimpy you can stop praising your own posts. You are not fooling anybody.
ReplyDeleteBeijing Bidet is a geezer.
ReplyDelete^^So are you Tapioca Tommy.
ReplyDeleteWeird Whippersnapper Weenie is back on the board.
ReplyDelete^^but not a stumbling. blathering, confused, senile one, like the geezer you voted for.
ReplyDeleteNearly everyone who works for a company has a 401(k) retirement plan. These plans mainly buy stocks. When the senile, far-left, socialist president does things to hurt stocks, he's hurting people of all colors at these companies.
ReplyDeleteWeird Whippersnapper Weenie is too stupid to work for a company.
ReplyDeleteKill the pipeline and subsidize the RR. Goddamn, everything is so fuckin rigged.
ReplyDeleteThe Illegal Immigrant Express now boarding in Chimichonga for all points north.
Welcome higher prices for everyone and Globalization for all!!!!
10:06AM — ...and more kiddies for the traffickers.
ReplyDeleteWonderful, now the poor souls in the south will be able to ride "La Bestia" all the way to Toronto.
ReplyDeleteAnother major company will leave Kansas City.
ReplyDeleteAnd when a company moves in, you're butthurt and make baseless claims about subsities. Stick with Claycomo.
Delete@275 a share I'll cash in, cha-ching.
ReplyDeleteKC Star missed this by a mile.
ReplyDeleteSo woke and focused on anything other than what matters.
Editorials never sold one a paper- but alienates half the readers they hoped to have.
Price increases and cost of their paper is woke white privilege.. how can you hate the poor with outlandish prices?
KC Star needs to go away. Read about them or their ilk on the highly respected Babylon Bee.
Also to further their cause:
Wear 10 masks and follow Fauci and Mayor 10-10-10and beg for Biden money to pay off Dem cities, college debt (more woke white privilegeds) and follow Wrecks Archer and don’t gather with anyone including your dog. But NY Mayor can kill people and have sexual harassers and they love him.
Ok nuttykins
DeleteChimpy Go up the tree and have a free flea brunch off mommas hairy back. Then take a break so you can come back to the blog and resume your life's work.
ReplyDelete8:21 most ages cannot enjoy bike lanes.
ReplyDeleteRecently walked past a young male on his bicycle, we both were on the sidewalk that has a bike lane on the street next to it.
CHUCK Balls of Bitumen
ReplyDeleteTransportation by rail are also fixed routes, but with more options.
the city can focus more on developing bike paths, with cooperation of RR or on under utilized roads like Blue River Road, for all ages to enjoy. Or they can continue to struggle with trying to create protected bike paths that are very difficult for every city to implement, and bike lanes that align with nothing and very few use.
ReplyDeleteAnd chucks bitumen balls are nice, hardy, and float in water.
I did not make the comment at 2:53.
ReplyDeleteByron, do you believe there may be room for a protected bike path to run alongside manchester trafficway?
ReplyDeleteThose are not bike lanes in downtown KC, they are scooter lanes.
