  5. If someone is ballsy enough to invest $20m in the 4500 block of Troost, let him. He's either the smartest guy in the room, the dumbest, or knows that block sits on a west-Texas-sized oil reserve. Either way, investment along Troost doesn't happen often, take what you can get.
