Chiefs cutting Eric Fisher and Mitchell Schwartz is bad news for Patrick Mahomes

The Chiefs are surprisingly adding two huge names to the free agency pool - and Patrick Mahomes isn't going to be happy about it. Kansas City announced Thursday that they are releasing both of their starting offensive tackles, Mitchell Schwartz and Eric Fisher.

  1. No one knows whether or to what extent either Fisher or Schwartz will come back from serious injury. It's not worth betting their current salaries on it. I guess that's the thinking anyway.
