TKC EXCLUSIVE!!! INSIDER: MISSOURI POLICE RESIDENCY REQUIREMENT REFORM BILL THREATENS TO OVERPOWER ARROGANT MAYOR Q ANTI-COP AGENDA!!!

Kansas City mayor Quinton Lucas mostly rules by decree via Twitter, but he has never worked to maintain any real influence or political alliances in GOP-dominated state capital Jefferson City, Missouri. Now, significant proposed changes to police policy seem like direct push back against Mayor Q's rhetoric.

To wit . . .

A MISSOURI RESIDENCY REFORM BILL REBUKES MAYOR Q'S WORK TO CRACKDOWN ON LOCAL COPS!!!

For starters, cops across the state have been pushing to end of residency requirements for years but seemed to double their efforts in the aftermath of recent "mostly peaceful" social justice protest. Now, this pending legislation could tip the balance of power in municipal issues, inspire workers with steady salaries to leave the city limits AND reinforce state-control of KCPD.

Even better, Missouri Senator Brian Williams has signed on to combine his bill championing police reforms against choke-holds and thereby confound progressives who might have trouble navigating the law enforcement political power move with typical outcry against racism.

Thankfully, one of the most KICK-ASS KANSAS CITY INSIDERS helps us unpack the issue.

Here's the word . . .

"The arrogance of mayor Quinton Lucas has led Kansas City to this point. Look closely at the debate over this combined bill; the mayor doesn't have any friends in Jeff City. He should have been partnering with the few Democrats in the Missouri House & Senate to try and find a compromise but his lobbying efforts have been more focused on 'social justice' than effective governance."

"The residency requirement is a serious threat for Kansas City. I don't agree with it, the loss of tax revenue is reason enough to oppose the bill. There's also a real danger that police who live outside of KCMO could be alienated from the urban communities they serve. Unfortunately, the mayor hasn't worked to cultivate any allies in Jeff City and so he has been left out of this conversation that will impact Kansas City directly.

Instead of building productive relationships, Quinton has been pushing for things like KCPD 'local control' which local law enforcement hates. Now, KC is in a situation where we need help and Mayor Q simply isn't up to the task. Instead of marching with protesters, he should have been finding allies in his own backyard and across the aisle."

Even better and a consequence of this debate . . . Dropping the residency requirement for police will also allow Kansas City firefighters to finally move from their Northland McMansions into some place even nicer.

Developing . . .

  6. The mayor, city council and the Star have spent the last year attacking cops and blaming them for a societal issue. Does anyone wonder why cops would want to live in communities where those protests and attacks would be dealt with? Every other community is hiring cops and paying them pretty well, but all we hear from the news is how the city needs to cut the department by 30 million dollars. The mayor appointed an armed militia to protect the homeless. Cops are just like us, when they get off work they want to live in a safe community. When they go to work they want to know their families are safe. Who would want to work at KCPD now? Treated like shit by the city, layoffs, less pay and a restriction that no other department has. Good luck keeping the few they have, or replacing them.

  11. The house of representatives in the state of Missouri was trying to pass a law that Bannds local law-enforcement and the local police department to enforce federal laws.

The house of representatives of the state of Missouri what was banning local law-enforcement to enforce federal laws.

Former President Bill Clinton has signed into federal law that part of purchasing a firearm that federal law requires a legal background check during the time of purchasing and getting a receipt to own a firearm in general. The merchants was required to do a legal background check on each applicant that applies for a legal gun and to have legal ownership of a gun was required to have legal background checks completed by the legal merchants. That the legal emergence was required to do legal background checks on each firearm that was sold to a legal customer.

    ReplyDelete
  12. But in order to obtain a firearm from a legal merchant and the customer was required to obtain a legal background check from the merchant in order to successfully purchase a legal firearm that was signed into US federal law my former President Bill Clinton.

The Missouri House of Representatives in the state of Missouri was banning local law-enforcement to enforce federal laws of any type of issues that’s regarding a background check that was completed by a legal merchant already.

But federal law-enforcement officials was still able to enforce the law in the state of Missouri of when it’s regarding any type of enforcing federal laws.

But because crime also exist outside of the state of Missouri that the crime lab was also working on trying to collect that data and fingerprints of previous issues that happen outside of the state of Missouri that it’s better for federal law-enforcement agencies to enforce federal law of when it’s outside of the state of Missouri.

    ReplyDelete
  13. But the state of Missouri wasn’t necessarily targeting individuals and wasn’t doing any type of racial profiling to any type of individuals but just making sure that equal justice was for all individuals who is in the United States of America.

The state of Missouri of the House of Representatives does not do any type of racial profiling of any type and does not do any type of targeting but just focusing on crime that occurred outside of the state of Missouri that the state of Missouri chooses not to get involved in those legal issues of enforcing federal law. You have some celebrities that may have never came to the state of Missouri but it’s part of equal justice of all laws and equal protection of all laws within the United States of America.

  14. Unlawful flight to avoid prosecution was actually called a federal warrants and signed by a federal judge.

That also unlawful flight to avoid prosecution was issued out by the federal government.

That unless you have consent from a federal government employee that the house of representatives in the state of Missouri has banned local law-enforcement to enforce federal law.

The house of representatives in the state of Missouri was banning local law-enforcement to enforce of federal law that enforces the state Constitution of the 15 sections of the Missouri State Constitution..

The state of Missouri will only go by information in order to approve of a misdemeanor or felony that supports the 17 sections of the Missouri State Constitution.. but the house of representatives was deciding two banned all local law-enforcement agencies within the state of Missouri to assist of enforcing the federal law.

  15. Federal action on guns has been a divisive issue, but a quarter of a century ago, it was a reality.

On this day 25 years ago, then-President Bill Clinton signed the Public Safety and Recreational Firearms Use Protection Act, commonly called the Federal Assault Weapons Ban, which was a part of the Violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act of 1994.

Clinton signs assault weapons ban, Sept. 13, 1994. That former President Bill Clinton has signed into federal law of banding a assault rifles.

As enacted into law, the legislation prohibited the manufacture for civilian use of semi-automatic firearms and large-capacity ammunition magazines. It applied solely to weapons to be made after Clinton signed the bill.

But the police officers that work for the state of Missouri and any police officers that represent the state of Missouri that tries to enforce any type of federal laws was subject to a lawsuits.

Because that was federal law and not state law. Any police officers that represent the state of Missouri cannot enforce federal gumballs of any type. Because the state of Missouri does not own the federal gun laws add any state police officer that enforces federal gun laws does not work for the federal government..

    3. A class action, also known as a class action lawsuit, class suit, or representative action, is a type of lawsuit where one of the parties is a group of people who are represented collectively by a member or members of that group. The class action originated in the United States and is still predominantly a U.S. phenomenon, but Canada, as well as several European countries with civil law, have made changes in recent years to allow consumer organizations to bring claims on behalf of consumers.

But as long as you have not violated the second section of the federal Constitution then you are still legal but Missouri law enforcement has been banned for assisting federal law-enforcement officials of enforcing federal law..

The local agencies work for the state of Missouri and has been banned for enforcing federal law of when it’s regarding any type of weapons.
