This week the Missouri House quickly approved a "nullification" of any federal gun legislation by way of a bill that would punish a police department through civil lawsuits if an officer enforces federal gun laws that conflict with 2nd Amendment rights.
Of course, police departments hated this measure that leaves A LOT of leeway for interpretation. A similar bill is racing it's way through the MO Senate.
