Kansas City Westside Residents Advised To Quarantine After COVID-19 Vaccination Event

A recent Kansas City COVID-19 vaccination effort sparked an unintended health concern within the urban core.

First a note, TKC is an op/ed satire blog with occasional citizen journalism reporting, a penchant for lingerie industry reports,  a very real snark overdose risk but mostly dedicated to joking even the most serious news.

However . . .

On this topic we want to play it straight and hope other newsies are inspired to do followup.

Here's the story . . . A partnership between multiple community organizations – including Truman Medical Center, the Westside’s CAN Center, Mattie Rhodes, Guadalupe Centers, Tony Aguirre Community Center, and Kansas City’s Parks and Recreation Department worked together to bring COVID-19 vaccines to this town's oldest Latino enclave. This community reporting was dutifully covered by the KC Hispanic News.

Recently . . .

Visitors to the Westside COVID-19 vaccination clinic were informed that they should quarantine after coming into close contact with a person at the event who had been diagnosed with with the virus.

Thankfully, so there haven't been any reports of ensuing sickness or hospitalizations.

Nevertheless . . .

Local media and 12th & Oak public health officials have FAILED to warn the public that there is some level of risk at clinics and vaccination events where participants can come into close contact with high risk people unknowingly carrying the virus.

Developing . . .

I guess he isn't really that great at managing anything.

  2. Good news is it wasn’t a Trump rally, so they don’t need to quarantine for any stds.

  4. Pfizer executives refuse to take the vaccine and when asked if the vaccine keeps you from COVID they said NO. They don't know the side effects and you CAN NOT SUE THEM.

  5. Biden* said he would shut down the virus. Why hasn't he shut down the virus? He lied!

Q: Have either the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine been approved by the U.S. FDA?

A: No! They have both only been granted emergency use authorization, this is not a standard approval.

The PREP Act and COVID-19: Limiting Liability for Medical Countermeasures
    Updated December 21, 2020
To encourage the expeditious development and deployment of medical countermeasures during a public health emergency, the Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act (PREP Act) authorizes the Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS) to limit legal liability for losses relating to the
administration of medical countermeasures such as diagnostics, treatments, and vaccines. In a declaration effective February 4, 2020 (the HHS Declaration), the Secretary of HHS invoked the PREP Act and declared Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) to be a public health emergency warranting liability protections for covered countermeasures. Under the HHS Declaration, covered persons are generally immune from legal liability (i.e., they cannot be sued for money damages in court) for losses relating to the administration or use of covered countermeasures against COVID-19. The sole exception to PREP Act immunity is for death or serious physical injury caused by “willful misconduct.” However, individuals who die or suffer serious injuries directly caused by the administration of covered countermeasures may be eligible to receive compensation through the Countermeasures Injury Compensation Program. Courts have characterized PREP Act immunity as “sweeping.” It applies to all types of legal claims under
state and federal law. For example, under state tort law, individuals who suffer injuries caused by the intentional or negligent acts or omissions of another person may generally sue that person to recover monetary compensation. Thus, in the health care context, if a health care provider negligently administers a drug or device that causes a foreseeable injury to a patient, the injured person may be able to sue the provider for compensation under state tort law.
Federal laws such as the PREP Act may preempt state tort laws—as well as other state and federal laws—in certain contexts. Preemptive federal legislation displaces state law to alter the usual liability rules or
immunize certain individuals from liability. In the PREP Act, Congress made the judgment that, in the context of a public health emergency, immunizing certain persons and entities from liability was necessary to ensure that potentially life-saving countermeasures will be efficiently developed, deployed, and administered.

  7. This makes sense, the Hispanic population has the highest recorded infection rates of all races combined. This is exactly what happens when illegal immigrants cut in front of American citizens.

The west side dipshits would cut off all senior citizens in America to get illegal aliens vaccinated first because they think they can get away with what ever they want now the China joe is in office.

  9. 12:07 if they can grant emergency authorization then they can take it away? There isn't a health emergency anymore since China flu joe and the despicable dimwits have control and after all, this crisis was only created to win the election so....

Oh,I almost forgot, that moron fauci and a shitload of dimwit higher ups have infested in Pfizer so no wonder they took Americans rights to sue them away. This was the only reason for them to grant emergency release was so a handful of greedy bastards could make millions.

  15. Looking for an answer to this previously posted question from anybody having information.:

"Curious as to why China and Russia are not opting for the mRNA vaccine but rather the more conventional attenuated virus version. What do they know we don't and is there any ulterior motive for doing so?"

  16. vac·cine
    noun: vaccine; plural noun: vaccines
a substance used to stimulate the production of antibodies and provide immunity against one or several diseases, prepared from the causative agent of a disease, its products, or a synthetic substitute, treated to act as an antigen without inducing the disease.

FACT: Both the Pfizer and Moderna "products" are NOT vaccines.

So-called "mRNA vaccines", which are currently being heavily promoted to Americans via fear and coercion, are by definition NOT vaccines. So what should they be called?

The correct term is "genetic therapy" as recipients are having their genetic material manipulated.
