A rare bird indeed would be the inner city black kid who is list ending to jazz instead of hip hop and rap. It would be a worthy thing to put a saxophone in the hands of a troubled youth with altitude but the Jazz museum is decidedly not about that. It is an eco devo hustle and a patrongpag program for politically connected and eliteslike this new director who is from Chicago and has no connection at all to KC or jazz music
