Kansas City Gas Station Killing Near Casino

This deadly shooting last night should count as homicide #11 so far this year but the latest update from KCPD doesn't reflect the change.

Here's the aftermath report . . .

Fox4: Man found shot to death at Northland gas station, officials say

At 9:12 p.m., the Clay County Sherriff’s Office received a 911 call, deputies were dispatched on a nature unknown call to the 3600 block of Randolph Road. At about the same time, Kansas City dispatch received a call about a shooting near Interstate 435 and Highway 210.

When officers arrived, they found a man dead at the gas pumps at the Phillips 66 on Randolph Road, which is just off the I-435 and Highway 210 interchange.

Again, that address is inside KCMO city limits so police might have determined the shooting was justified and won't count in the local homicide stats.

Developing . . .

^^He's trying to engage the standard bottom-feeding geriatric racists. They keep his blog alive.

Tony, your headline is about as accurate as saying a shooting at 15th & Cleveland happened near City Hall!
In fact 15th & Cleveland is closer to City Hall than this Phillips 66 Station is to any Casino.

BUY A MAP. DUDE!

Yes Yes keep this blog going for us so called racists. We are just sick of black people and only stupid people call it racist. It's really a fact, if you disagree with a black person you are a racist. Time to start lashing back at black people and knock them off of their "you owe me" pedestal.

Not sure this one will count for KCMO. Those hotels and areas nearby are Clay County Sheriffs Department jurisdiction and are not handled by KCPD. Previous homicides there haven’t counted toward KCMOs but instead Clay County’s

Not true. Since you don't seem to know the area that gas station is just over the hill from Ameristar Casino.
