  10. If any specific eviction moratorium or debt payment cancellation is related to covid, it's a coincidence. This action is way overbroad, and creates bigger problems later when the amount of overdue rent is greater and interest has been added to the loan principal.

    Yes. You can file an extension that won't require filing until October 15, but you need to have the amount you'll owe paid by April 15.
