The Super Bowl winning offensive coordinator offers an EPIC rebuke of quota politics and so many "woke" football fans who were trying to turn him into a mascot.
More than any other link . . . This is really good news and possibly a Super Bowl highlight:
Eric Bieniemy doesn't ask to be 'poster boy' for Black coaches
Go ahead, Jonathan. Thank you. Good morning, Coach. How you doing? Good morning. How are you doing? Not too bad. Thank you for asking. What do you think is the biggest challenge or hurdle that you face in this preparation for this year's Super Bowl compared to last year's?
America is so racist that they voted for an African American twice for president. The "woke" mob is disgusting.
ReplyDeleteI think Eric makes a great argument. He's a talented coach and I believe has earned a head coach spot. But, he doesn't want activists to push the NFL into having some team hire him. He wants it to be on the merits, his skills and talent.
ReplyDeleteHe's very pragmatic about it and as much as I would hate for the Chiefs to lose him he will be a success as a head coach when his time arrives.
Activists do him an injustice by loudly pushing for him
ReplyDeleteblacks are 12.2% of the American population..but over 80% of the millionaire players..hmmm..no activists whining about that?
I'm still waiting for diversity on the playing field. Tell me when that's going to happen. Why aren't more Asian Americans on the field, dammit?
ReplyDeleteSimple, too skinny.rice three times a day is not very fattening.
DeleteYeah, I feel kinda bad for him. So he didn't get hired on this year in a very small industry. Wokeness in sports media has glomed on to him in order to push their agenda. Now he's rolling around and anywhere he goes the discussion isn't "what can you do", its "black head coach". I imagine most organizations don't want the "baggage" the activists have attached to him. I have no insight into his life in the slightest, but my experience is most people want their accomplishments to speak for them rather than the way they look. From here until the woke storm blows over, his accomplishments aren't first and foremost.
ReplyDeleteHe must be terrible at interviewing for a job. Houston hired another black man over him for head coach.
ReplyDeleteI thought Affirmative Action died a long time ago because everyone noticed how stupid it was.
ReplyDeleteThe NBA must be very racist for having so few non-blacks playing in their games. Something needs to be done about that.
ReplyDeleteNot watching any pro sports until there are more white faces.
ReplyDeleteIt's racist that all of those players in the NBA are black.
Why doesn't Affirmative Action work for whites?
If you're a great white cornerback in high school, you better dream about doing something else as a professional athlete. Your skin is not the right color, no matter what your stats are.
ReplyDeleteWhen are reporters going to ask the NFL defensive coordinators why they aren't drafting and playing more non-blacks? It doesn't make any sense that only people who make up 13% of the U.S. population are playing so much of a higher percentage on NFL defenses.
ReplyDeleteIs this in the news to distract us about Kamala Harris' comments that West Virginia coal miners should be put to use in finding abandoned land mines instead of mining coal?
ReplyDeleteGet woke go broke.
ReplyDeleteI like EB but honestly any team that hires him is just going to turn around and fire him after 3 years
ReplyDeleteThe only guy with a brain on the whole team.
ReplyDelete^^and yet they will all make more on Dumday than you did your whole failed life. Weird.
ReplyDeleteEric Bieniemy has a criminal record that seems to follow him everywhere. Look it up. It was also talked about on TKC a few weeks ago. You'd think it might be overlooked after the successes we've had here in KC.
