Raytown police investigating after two shot in parking lot on Sunday

Police lights - file photo. The Raytown Police Department is searching for a suspect after a Sunday afternoon shooting left two people with injuries. Officers were called to investigate a shooting in the parking lot of a business in the 6600 block of Raytown Road just after 1 p.m. Sunday.

  2. "Double Shooting Confirms Rougher Raytown" this ain't new news. Raytown and east KC have been going downhill for years. Look at Hickman Mills, once a vibrant neighborhood now is a crime ridden shooting gallery.

    And things will only get worse. Raytown P.D. used to be known for pretty much a no tolerance city with enforcement.....ha, where has that gotten you in the last 20+ years.
