Johnson County Drivers Skeptical Of Adding Toll Lanes On U.S. 69 - Could That Change?

The notion of paying a toll to use designated express lanes on U.S. Highway 69 will take some selling before it's widely liked by Johnson County motorists. That's according to focus groups held by the engineering firm studying potential solutions for one of Kansas' most congested highways.

  1. Stupid idea as the hicks from Miami and Linn county won't pay the toll so the lanes won't get used like they should. Like the car pool lanes in CA that same as have no traffic as the other lanes are bumper to bumper.
