In March, with no cure or even effective treatment for Covid-19 in sight, Congress reached for a different kind of action - an injection of billions into the U.S. economy. Some larger area companies were able to hit up lenders and get applications in within hours of the Paycheck Protection Program's start.

Yellow Freight used millions of our money to buy new trucks. Guess it will keep people working at truck manufacturing companies.

There is still a paywall, so can't read it. Alas. I forgot to call my banker to get MY PPP loan. Which I certainly would have used to subscribe to the Biz Journal.
