Snowbound Kansas City Stays Trashy

Here's just a bit more proof for our thesis regarding RAMPANT MUNICIPAL FAIL under typical weather conditions.

Wednesday trash service postponed due to winter weather

All trash and recycling services for Wednesday, Jan. 27 will be picked up Thursday instead due to tomorrow's weather forecast. Normal Thursday collection will be on Friday and Friday collection will be on Saturday, said John Baccala, spokesperson for the city's Neighborhood and Housing Services Department.
