Clay wins round one over Quinton in historic federal court fight (Case # 694RK) over liberty (petition) in Kansas City
Thomas Jefferson said, "When a government fears its people, that's liberty". Kansas City's arrogant government does not (yet) fear its people (tyranny) and that is why we don't (yet) have liberty in Kansas City. Mayor Lucas and the City Council have refused to place a valid petition on the ballot (from the people) for 629 days!
In round one City Attorney Galen Beaufort came out swinging at the bell and tried to knock out Clay and the Committee of Petitioners (Pro se) by appealing to Federal Court Judge Roseann Ketchmark to throw out their lawsuit based on a bogus technicality. But the honorable judge said no in ruling, " construing Plaintiffs' pro se Complaint liberally, the Court declines to hold Plaintiffs' Complaint deficient in all the ways Defendant points out".
Clay predicts he will go on to knock out Lucas, the Council and Beaufort and thus return Liberty to the people of Kansas City.
