Should preachers serve in Congress? Why not?

Yes, it's unusual to have a member of the clergy elected to public office. Unusual, but not unique, as this Religion News Service story notes. But the Rev. Raphael Warnock (pictured here), newly elected Democratic senator from Georgia, is in...

  4. Bill is always attacking the Catholic Church and Israel on his site. What the shell is his game?

  5. 6:23...you raise an interesting question, but the answer is basically simple. They are Fake Reverends. The Bible calls them "wolves in sheep's clothing". They want to try to destroy Christianity from within, as I believe BILL does. They will fail.

@11:17...I call 'abortion on demand' what your god does to millions of families every day.. the stillbirths..and the birth defects....all keep happenin' because of your god...
...the god I believe in is trying to stop and fix the 'blessings' that your god deliberately keeps inflicting on"his chosen people".....
That god is science and rational thinking...it's going to put your god in the septic tank of history...and rightly so...the catholic church is drying up.......

  10. 1:12...science has provided the means to engage in mass destruction at levels our ancestors never imagined. In fact, it may lead to mankind destroying itself.

  11. No, they should not. Religion is quickly going the way of the telegram. The church has shown itself to be judgements, superficial, untrustworthy, condescending, hateful, hate filled and they sole focus is supremacy. But no the most High supremacy; rather self-serving prophecy, with a heavy focus on masculinity. The church has alienated so many people. Let’s be clear, Warnock won on MLK’s legacy; nothing else. Promoting the fact that he preached at Ebenezer is enough to make Black people make these kinds of miscalculations in judgement and representation.
