A spate of shooting overnight keeps the quotient of violence moving forward into the new year.
It turns out that lady cut to death on New Year's Day wasn't counted as a murder for this year.

KSHB: Police responded to a sound of shots fired in the area of 115th Street and Holmes Road around 10 p.m. Wednesday night. Police then located a man who was shot in the 11400 block of Oak Street. Paramedics took the man to the hospital where he died.
Another shooting injury showed up to the hospital with critical injuries a few hours later but is expected to survive.
