Kansas City honors lives lost during COVID-19 pandemic during National Day of Remembrance

KANSAS CITY, MO (KCTV) -- On Tuesday, Kansas City leaders gathered outside of the National World War I Museum and Memorial to remember those lost to COVID-19 and to honor essential and frontline workers. White flags flickered in the wind outside of the National World War I Museum and Memorial's main entrance.

  1. Who knew, back then in the 20's, some chink could of taken down the Great ole' USA with a bat fetish. Those cannons that heard in Swope Park aren't the natives that lurk in the woods. Those are artillery from 1917 training reverberating through times windows. RIP, Old Glory. Maybe, some fool will try God's plan again.
