AMC Comeback Starts In Kansas?!?

Because our smarter readers already have NYT subscriptions . . . Here's a worthwhile profile with a local connection that a few readers have sent our way.

Check-it . . .

Can a Brash Executive in Kansas Save Movie Theaters?

For Adam Aron, who runs AMC Entertainment, the world's largest movie theater chain, the past year has been filled with twists and turns. And no one knows the ending. Adam Aron, the chief executive of AMC Entertainment, has been regarded in his industry as both a traitor and a trailblazer.

^^^ Don't brag about your ignorance. Many Republicans read the NYT regularly, you have to know what the opposition is thinking.

I prefer going to locally owned independent theaters such as Glenwood, Tivoli, etc. They have much better movies and clientele. Also they haven't automated everything and do not overcharge for everything. They don't charged insane prices for a coke that you get yourself from a machine. AMC is just depressing with it's clientele, prices, lack of staff, and mass automations. It is insulting and depressing supporting a crass greedy business like AMC. They also offer a subpar experience and attract trash clientele.
