The suburban discourse seems exceptionally angry as of late and recent communication highlighted by a Northland news outlet confirms more than a bit of animosity on the nice side of the bridge.
The crux of the report . . .
PARKVILLE MAYOR NAN JOHNSTON CLAPS BACK AMID TOUGH QUESTIONS ABOUT HER POLITICAL FUTURE!!!
Check the exchange . . .
Platte County Landmark: "In this episode of “Love Notes,” the mayor of Parkville takes it one step further and threatens another private citizen with the prospect of being investigated by the state after he expresses his views regarding the mayor’s conduct during her DUI arrest this September.
Their money quote from the Mayor who recently suffered DUI arrest disgrace . . .
"I never had your support So I don’t really give a sh*t what you think should happen here.
"Yes the citizens of parkville. All of them can let the board know what to do with this. The people who know me are well aware of the lies and distortions in order to attempt to ruin my reputation.
"I ask you…. what have YOU personally done to make this a better community? It’s easy to criticize when you don’t have all the facts."
You decide . ..
the "reporter" is trying to be too cute. She was right to set him straight.
ReplyDeleteTypical democrat. When in the wrong, attack! I hope she is ousted and no I don't live in Parkville and I would feel the same way about any politician anywhere.
ReplyDeleteNan Johnston, like Michelle Distler, the mayor of Shawnee. Attacks citizens who comment on her behavior.
ReplyDeleteOnly Distler actually also accused FOUR councilmen of breaking the law, and then submitted the complaint under the citizen watchdog's name!
Then lied about it.
Now charged with perjury.
And last week, once again, failed to just DO HER JOB a vote to break a tie. Left it up to a coin toss!!!
With that kind on dodgy leadership, should taxpayers just spend $2.25, for nine quarters, one for each council member and one for the mayor. Let the staff just do what they want to raise our taxes, by flipping coins for each decision?
Tracy, where in thee absolute hell have you been? We missed you!
ReplyDelete@9:41, I haven't.
ReplyDelete@9:08 "I would feel the same way about any politician anywhere"?
ReplyDeleteEven in the Highest Office in the Land?
Oooohhhh a CLAP BACK.
ReplyDeleteNeato.
Gayest term ever.
Tracy, didn't you try to get Tom Becka fired from kmbz?
ReplyDeleteOh, white peoples problems.
ReplyDeleteFor black people's problems, check the rising murder count.
DeleteNice rack. Wonder what the back of her head looks like.
ReplyDeleteThe mayor of Parkville should make a porn flick with the mayor of Shawnee to help raise money for the LGBT misfits.
ReplyDeleteShe is hot! I like her.
ReplyDeleteTracy’s right!
ReplyDeleteAnd I miss her.
This forum needs more of her opinion.
Wish she would write a guest attack column on former KC star bloggers that suck.
Go Tracy and welcome back! I loved to see you write about Greitens and you helped get his ass fired.
Can you do the same for the KC Star apologist publisher?
(When will he apologize for all the wars covered, all the blind people, the terms used deaf and dumb... etc etc?)
I think I would have liked her a lot better 25 years ago. Might have let her off if I was the cop, if she was real nice to me.
ReplyDeleteDoes she put out?
ReplyDeleteWomen only really lead if their mouth is around it.
