Show-Me EPIC COVID Revenue Downfall

Tonight we share a reminder that the State doesn't have the cash to bail out Kansas City. Take a look at just a bit of economic reality in Missouri . . .

Parson: State revenue expected to decrease by $418 million in 2021

(From Gov. Mike Parson) Today, Governor Mike Parson announced the state's Consensus Revenue Estimate (CRE) for Fiscal Year 2022. The annual CRE is a figure established by state budget experts and outside consultants and is one of the basic assumptions used by the Governor and legislative leaders to build and balance Missouri's budget.

  1. Mayor Lucas isn't living in the real world, why should Governor Parson.

The economy is gone. Ignore the stock market, because they are ignoring reality, too.

Come February, when the Covid deaths are in the tens of thousand a day, instead of only the thousands a day, & millions of Americans are homeless, & people are looting, not for toys, but food, & there isn't enough vaccines for everyone, the Stock Market will crash hard.

February will be so bad, we may never recover, we'll just limp forward ...

  2. Imagine how much worse it would be if he had buckled under pressure from the left to shut down the economy of the entire state. This is how much damage comes from the idiot mayors and county executives in the KC and StL areas.

  3. Quarantine the ill. Allow the healthy to work and play. Life will return to normal. Don't believe the media just because they say what you want to hear.
