Deets . . .

Typically when large groups gather and commit traffic offenses, officers do not intercede.

“If there is a physical danger to someone we will respond to that,” police said. “When cars flee from police we do not pursue for nonviolent offenses.”

Police said they welcome people to call 911 to report the incidents as they happen, and officers will take whatever enforcement action that is practical.

  1. fun times.

At least they're not hanging out at a bar! That would be dangerous.

  4. ^^^^

Sure 2:53 I'll leave them alone, right after I leave my tire tracks over them. If the police won't do anything then I have the right to travel the PUBLIC streets the way I see fit.

  5. But God forbid a crowd of pedestrians take over a street for anti establishment political reasons. The militarized police roll up in force and launch a police riot against them.

    1. Yes, those 'mostly peaceful protests' we've heard so much about. Hey, at least BLM/Antifa are completely exempt from mask-shaming!

  6. People in cars in the middle of the road. Whoopie Whoop. Can we please have some pics of the Walmart, Lowe's and HyVee off 40 hwy that are packed daily? I didn't know buying junk food and paint was essential.

  7. Why not?
There's nothing at all else going on in vibrant downtown KCMO.

  8. I didn’t know the “covid curfew” included the streets, I thought it was restaurants and bars, who knew!

  9. Let them do their wheelies wherever there is a BLM "mural."

  10. Let's also get rid of the asshole motorcycle boys on the Plaza. Total noise pollution from arrogant ignorant dumb shits. I can only believe that they need such a macho big motor between their legs... because they have such small dicks. Hate them.

  11. When you close down the city people will find alternative uses for the streets that won't be bicycle friendly. Get used to it.

  12. Just another wonderful activity right outside your window when you're living in your "luxury apartment" in vibrant diverse exciting downtown KCMO.
It's just like New York, but without the sophistication, entertainment, activity, excitement, fun, and people.
    Frosty!

  13. Tell the police you have a gun and will shoot up the crowd if they don't disperse. That might get the attention of their lazy asses.
