KANSAS CITY CONFRONTS ANOTHER HOLIDAY CRIME SURGE AMID AN ALREADY HISTORICALLY VIOLENT YEAR!!!

Remember . . .

Contrary to media spin about goodwill, kindness and community during a time of year devoted to faith community events . . . The holidays are typically a dangerous season in Kansas City.

Murders tend to spike toward the end of the year as the cold keeps people inside, criminals target victims carrying more goodies/cash and locals are forced to cope with higher bills for heating, food and gifts.

Add these stressful circumstances to an eviction crisis already underway and the threat of danger to locals is real.

KSHB: Prairie Village police investigating kidnapping from grocery store parking lot

Deets . . .

According to police, a woman was taken from the Hy-Vee parking lot at 7620 State Line Rd.

The report states the suspect told the woman to drive to a location in Kansas City, Missouri. When they arrived he "battered" her and took the vehicle. The woman was taken to the hospital and later released with non-life-threatening injuries.

Updated punchline . . .

KCTV5 has been told that the suspect and victim did not know each other, but that they believe this was an "isolated incident" and no reason for the public to fear for their safety.

  11. I’m sorry but with 169 murders so far and a 27yr old record smashed how can this time of year be any different from the rest of the year?

The only thing that makes it different is the holidays and somehow the black on black murders are different now from all the other murders throughout the year.
