  2. Everyone predicted a pandemic. There's no conspiracy. We have always had pandemics. We will have more in the future. That's nature.

    He said clearly that he didn't want consumers buying up all of the masks. There weren't very many to begin with, & he was concerned that the front line workers wouldn't have enough.
