Councilman questions Overland Park CARES Act money disbursements
The Overland Park City Council recently voted to distribute more than $781,000 in a second round of federal CARES Act money to Overland Park businesses and families. At the same time, the council voted down an amendment to target low- and very low-income businesses and families for three months.
