I have three people working for me and two are full time salaried. I have one hourly employees that works about 30 hours and I pay her $12.50. She is an average worker right out of high school. She is worth paying more because she has such a luscious ass and tits.

^^ Ironically you must have a business that I have never been in. Because I would not pay 30 cents to the average worker / sloth / on the cell instead of paying attention to their work or customers. Good for you, you have found the golden fleece.
