KANSAS CITY ROYALS CUT BUBBA!!!

Another 2020 disappointment to regret tonight . . .

HOMETOWN HERO BUBBA HAS BEEN LET GO BY THE ROYALS!!!

Check the sad news for anyone who dares to call themselves a REAL Royals fan now that the team once again returns to a comfortable place in the cellar.

Fox4: Royals cut Franco, Starling and make deals with Dozier, Soler on busy Wednesday

Deets . . .

"The team said it has non-tendered Starling, who made the Royals’ Opening Day roster for the first time in 2020 and played in 35 games. The 28-year-old grad from Gardner-Edgerton High School was the Royals’ first-round pick in the 2011 draft. But despite flashing a solid glove, the hometown kid never developed the bat to match it. He hit just .169 with one homer and five RBIs while spending two stints on the injured list last season."

OF COURSE we wish Bubba the best and remind hometown fans how many players have departed Kansas City to enjoy legendary careers.

Good luck Bubba!!!

  1. Bad move by the Royals. I love our Dominican team but they might have missed their only draw.

      LAME!

Good to see the team finally making some decent trades to get out of this rut.

  5. Bubba can still go play college football. Would not be surprised to see him end up being a running qb somewhere.

  6. ^^^ He might be a little bit too old for that now. But you're correct. He was a great QB!
