"The Catholic Diocese is attempting to sell the old O’Hara High School to a for-profit drug rehab company called Sana Lake Recovery. In order to do this, they have to get it rezoned. They’re trying to put a drug rehab right next to an elementary school, a public park, and a residential area!"
The Foutch Bros. have led a number of recent old building conversions in Kansas City but this working-class rehab might be a tougher sell.
