Jackson County Prosecutor & Sheriff Sworn

Like it or not and for all the local complaining . . . Both of these two elected officials won by HUGE margins and so a great deal of the griping against them QUITE LITERALLY COMES FROM LOSERS.

Nevertheless, they are, in fact, public officials and enduring criticism from constituents is part of their job description.

And so we share this quick tidbit if only to help shed more light on low expectations and reality for local leaders . . . Check-it for those who haven't seen it already . . .

@JeanPetersBaker: "Today I was sworn in as Prosecutor alongside ⁦@sheriffforte before Judge Harrell in a very low key event. I am grateful for the opportunity to lead the JaCo Prosecutor’s Office. It’s a privilege to serve with this guy and I am grateful to witness his swearing in."

  8. TOP PHOTO -- THE PETER PRINCIPLE

Prosecutor J.P. Baker is an anti-police, pro-illegal social activist, politician with a serious conflict-of-interest who pursues soft-on-crime policies and would rather drop charges against lawbreakers than uphold the laws that are in place to insure a civil society.

Sheriff Forte is the former KCPD Chief who unexpectedly quit right before the Child Victims Unit scandal emerged, took a $500,000 bonus, and said he was going to law school. He just moved over to the County to collect a 2nd generous taxpayer-supplied pension, thanks to his political friendship with Frank White, Jr. He embroiled himself into the case of a former dysfunctional suburban school Superintendent, and insulted the police department that had jurisdiction. He repeatedly accuses his own department of racism and insults his staff.

Baker and Forte = promoted within the Democrat hierarchy to fully display their incompetence!!!

  13. Hobo Sheriff and a 'prosecutor' more interested in virtue signaling than doing her job. A match made in hell.
