Fierce Waldo apartment fire prompts ATF investigation, neighbor laments

  4. No need for ATF. In cases like this its a cig smoker in a place filled with junk, like a hoarder. Boxes and stuff piled high to ceiling. Smokers kill alot of people each year in fires. Chew nicorette instead. Its never caused a fire.
