The bright side here is that they really weren't going to get very much done here anyhoo and now CARES ACT decisions might be streamlined.

Missouri special session postponed due to COVID-19 outbreak

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Missouri is postponing a special session to deal with budgetary matters and legal protections related to COVID-19 amid an uptick in cases within the legislature. State Senate Majority Leader Caleb Rowden , a Republican who represents District 19 in mid-Missouri, tweeted Monday that the postponement until after Thanksgiving was necessary "due to a number of positive COVID-19 cases among members and staff."
